Hungry McBear are proud to announce that NBC will be whisking Michael McIntyre stateside to executive produce and host the revolutionary quiz show, due out in 2022. Hungry McBear will team up with Warner Horizon Unscripted Television to produce the show, after NBC confirmed earlier this year that they had ordered a 10-episode run.

The Wheel‘s venture to the United States isn’t the first time that the format has gone oversees, as the show has already been recreated in Germany and the Netherlands.

Michael said, “Hosting this show is the most fun I’ve had on television. The format creates wonderful camaraderie among the celebrities, natural hilarity and genuine suspense. I can’t wait for The Wheel to roll across America”.
