Hungry Jay Media are excited to announce a brand new BBC One commission, Jay Blades: Learning to Read at 51.

Jay Blades: Learning to Read at 51 is a an hour-long one-off documentary, following the journey of Jay Blades as he strives to learn to read, and meets other adults who are doing the same. Throughout the show, we will watch Jay open up to the nation about the battle he has faced, see him be taught by trained specialists, and witness the incredible effort it takes to overcome his dyslexia.

Jay has said “Join me as I share the struggles I’ve faced learning to read at 51 and as I support other people across the UK also facing the same issue. I’d love this film to inspire the millions of other adults in the same situation as me”.
