Hungry Bear Media are proud to announce the creation of Hungry Jay Media, a brand-new production company formed in collaboration with The Repair Shop‘s Jay Blades.

“If someone like me, who grew up in Hackney with no TV training can front a hit BBC1 show, then so can others from similar backgrounds,” said Jay. “I feel at home with this new venture.”

Hungry Jay Media, which will develop and produce formats with its founder both on-screen and behind-the-camera, and focus on bringing in fresh production talent.

Dan Baldwin considers Jay as “the rising star in factual entertainment in the UK” and adds, “We see this partnership with Jay as a long-term collaboration of creativity and social conscience”.
